I saw on TV a disk that can go behind the RIM to hide the rotor/brake, it
also stops the brake dust from accumulating on the rim.

Brake Dust Shield to prevent Brake dust. See www.jcwhitney.com . They
carry a couple different brands.

[dave is an idiot]

And they are NOT recommended by any manufacturer as they prevent the
rotors from cooling correctly
