top speed = 211 mph
Fuel Economy = 20.6 mpg (from Ferrari website, combined)
lateral acceleration = 1.10 G
0-60 mph = 2.7 seconds
80 mph - 0 = 181 feet
dBa 70 mph = 74.6

The interior noise is the big advantage for Ferrari, 20 dBA quieter than P1, offsets P1 20 foot advantage in braking from 80 mph

Overall score = (211 * 20.6 * 1.10*100000) / (2.7 * 181 * 74.6)
= 13103
