So using Road & Track and Car & Driver, and other as posted/found, here is an attempt at an objecive formula for best car currently.

Formula used for HPF = (100000*(mph*fuel mpg*lateral g)/ (0-60 secs*80mph-0 feet*70mph DbA)). If higher is better then it goes in the numerator, if lower is better than that's a denominator. Don't worry about units

Year Car Mph Fuel G 0-60 80-0 Dba HPF
2016 Porsche 911 Turbo S 205 20.5 1.06 2.5 184 75.0 12912
2017 Huracan Performante 202 17.3 1.11 2.4 183 75.0 11776
2016 McLaren 570S 204 19.5 1.05 2.8 178 74.3 11279
2014 Porsche 918 Spyder 214 22 1.07 2.5 188 96.0 11165
2017 McLaren 720S 212 17 1.08 2.7 178 75.0 10799
2016 Nissan GT-R Nismo 196 19.5 1.08 2.9 183 76.1 10227
2017 Acura NSX 191 21.5 1.06 3.1 186 75.0 10066

They don't do road tests like they used to so the numbers aren't easily found in one place. Cabin noise dBA is mainly estimated.

Until 3-4 years ago a stopping distance from 80 mph less than 200 feet was unusual, now supercars do that easily. Lateral G easily exceeds 1.00. 200 mph is a relative breeze. Sub 3 second 0-60 times are standard.

Porsche Turbo S best of the best right now at 12,912.

Adding Ferrari LaFerrari :

HPF = (100000*(217*14*1.16)/(2.4*181*80)) = 10141, or 8th just above Acura NSX.
